Product Marketing & Brand Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing & Brand Senior Manager to join the IT WORKS! Team. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our existing product portfolio and bringing new products to market on a global scale.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the Palmetto, Florida office/2-days remote. Candidates must be local or relocate to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Key role in the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Owning the development of a comprehensive product brief for all new products and reformulations. This includes overseeing product brand development and positioning (packaging, taglines, features, benefits).
• Be the brand integrity owner to ensure consistent brand messaging checkpoints are implemented for new product launches, product reformulations or rebrands and product promotions. This includes positioning for all internal and external product communication (web, social, video, communication channels).
• Collaborate with product development and regulatory partners to ensure appropriate global positioning for product launches.
• Research and identify emerging product trends and perform competitive analysis to shape the value proposition of new product features and innovations.
• Ensure the Product Marketing Team and cross-functional partners are aligned with the business objectives to see through global campaigns and product collateral.
• Actively participate in strategic product decision-making processes with the product development, sales, and marketing teams.

• Aid in the optimization of our existing product portfolio to identify product line gaps and asses product health via line extensions, reformulations, product claim and branding updates, packaging upgrades.
• Provide internal and external analysis, market trends, and insights.
