Team Overview and Job Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Delivery CRM analyst with the responsibility of coordinating the IT governance related to Customer Centricity platform, in particular SalesForce.com and its integrations within the Prysmian IT Landscape. The candidate will report to Delivery Sales and be requested to travel less than 20% of the working time. Key responsibilities: You’ll be the Headquarter IT Delivery responsible mainly for Salesforce.com, the systems connected to it, and the new platforms/technologies to be explored, for all the Prysmian worldwide perimeter You’ll closely collaborate and support the IT Customer Centricity Responsible in all the initiatives (ex. rollouts in Netherlands, US & Canada, North Europe, China) You’ll guarantee technical coherence both in Application Maintenance (AMS) and Projects You’ll assure that all the platforms are up to date with the last releases and functionalities You’ll support the Budget process, while coordinating external consultants and maintaining the relation with the suppliers Who are we looking for? Technical Key requirements: Around 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com (Admin Certification required) Master’s degree in engineering or economics Technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Communities, Pardot, BIT2WIN (desirable) Experience on Apex code, analytics and knowledgeable on DevOps approach, Google Analytics, Copado (desirable), GitHub(desirable) Data Integration experience with other platforms via middleware (Tibco and Mulesoft) Excellent command of written and spoken English Coordination & Project Management skills Soft skills: Open minded good communicator Flexible, patient and with a strong wish to help others Team working and problem-solving attitude Strong ability to network and work with international teams Negotiation skills Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
