Product Development Manager

We’re seeking a Product Development Manager to join our client’s dynamic team at their Decatur, AL facility. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization. You’ll play a key role in developing physical products that impact safety, quality, and performance, working cross-functionally to ensure success from ideation to production.

Compensation

• $60k-75k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading product development from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Managing the creation of prototypes and testing for quality and safety standards.
• Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective production.
• Overseeing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Product development experience with physical products (PPE or apparel/garment is a plus).
• QA experience in managing physical product quality.
• Engineering background is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
