ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors ERP system stability and performance
- Perform ERP application installations, upgrades, and integrations support.
- Perform installation and tuning of operating systems.
- Analyzes process failures and other production issues; provides solutions with the least down time.
- Collaborates to resolve complex systems issues and plan/test system changes.
- Documents and communicates specifications for system changes and system enhancements.
- Performs periodic maintenance, patching, debugs and provides fixes for Oracle enterprise Linux operating system, client systems software, ERP application & integration related software.
- Reviews and analyzes operations procedures and system changes to evaluate effectiveness; proposes changes to optimize system and improve productivity.
- Work with cyber security team to keep the operating systems in compliance with company security standards.
- Provides support for all application changes and post processing.
- Adheres to SOX compliant internal control procedures.
- Performs the management, configuration, and testing of software in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implements software changes and patches, working with software vendors and contractors, as required.
- Supports malware, anti-virus, and other security facilities.
- Participate in the team rotation of 24x7 support to troubleshoot and resolve critical software issues by working with customers, contractors and system vendors as required
REQUIREMENTS
Intermediate Level
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Information Systems with a minimum of three (3) years of professional application administration experience, including experience in targeted high availability environments, as identified in job posting supplement, or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education.
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Information Systems with a minimum of five (5) years of professional application administration experience, including experience in targeted high availability environments, as identified in job posting supplement, or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education.
Both Levels
- Possesses sound analytical problem-solving abilities and documentation skills. Functional knowledge of application/system administration facilities, as identified in job posting supplement.
- Functional knowledge of computer operating systems used in targeted environment, as identified in job posting supplement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Infrastructure: PeopleSoft Internet Architecture including Web, Application and Process Scheduler Servers
Databases: Oracle Database 19c and Microsoft SQL Server
Operating System: Oracle Enterprise Linux 7 or higher and Windows server 2016 or higher.
