What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Scheduler position at ITExpertUS?
The Construction Scheduler will be assigned to support a portfolio of major electrical substation and transmission projects.
We need Senior Schedulers with solid experience, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ability to review and understand conceptual plans, scope documents, and designs for electrical transmission and developer interconnection projects.
2. Facilitate the preparation and creation of schedules.
3. Review the baseline/execution schedules.
4. Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
5. Perform critical path and float analysis reporting.
6. Reports schedule status to the appropriate project Company management and the client.
7. Provide analysis for the historical data, such as performed projects for future planning and forecasting.
8. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
2. Extensive P6 experience.
3. In-depth knowledge / proficiency of the scope of projects within the utility industry.
4. Transmission Line (Feeder) experience is required.
5. Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
6. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
7. Good Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, skills.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $13.31 - $60.00 per hour
