Title : Overnight Monitoring Specialist

Location : Onsite 5 days / week in Richfield, MN

Shift Hours : Midnight-8 : 30am

Shift Schedule : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday with days off being Wednesday / Thursday

Duration : 1 year contract

We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to work an overnight schedule at our location in Richfield, MN. In this role you will provide monitoring and support for crisis that effects the enterprise.

Top Skills :

  • 1 year of Customer Service Experience in Retail, Call Center, or similar industry
  • Communication and relationship building skills.
  • Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience (3 years)
  • Data Analytics and Reporting (1 years)

Nice to Have :

  • CCTV Experience
  • Fluency in Spanish or other language
  • Call Center Experience
  • Prior public safety experience
  • Alarm monitoring experience
