Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. and seven (7) years of experience analyzing, developing/designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and/or delivering application training.
Job Summary:
The IT Principal Instructional Designer is an integral part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department who will work with the subject matter experts, implementation teams and management to design, develop deliver and optimize training programs. This position provides technical guidance and direction in the development, implementation and maintenance of training software and infrastructure. Along with, providing high level analysis of existing training technology, curriculum and recommend ways to improve effectiveness of the overall Information Services training program. The Principal Instructional Designer will also serve as a mentor for other members of the training team.
