THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION!!!!

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our family of highly motivated, enthusiastic, challenge-seeking, individuals who are ready to gain experience in the Marketing field. Our Customer Service Representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team. While working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life. As a Customer Service Representative you will connect with our clients, build and maintain rapport and shepherd them to the most qualified lender to assist with their homes equity.

What We're Looking for:

  • Call Center experience is preferred but we of course welcome and encourage entry level applicants.
  • A high-energy level and the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment.
  • A collaborative, open work style.
  • A basic understanding of PC functions.
  • Effective communications skills, strong phone presence, ambition, motivation and drive!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stuart, FL 34997: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
