Summary:
The position will support the Engineering group maintain and comply to standard Configuration Management procedures in accordance with EAI-649 and AS9100 Industry Standards. Person will be responsible for the release and management of data within the PLM and ERP systems. Additional responsibilities include data submittal to customers, managing both internal and external specifications, and ensuring swift and accurate management of changes to data and policies.
Essential Responsibilities
- Control release of new and revised documents/drawings in the electronic PLM system.
- Process and track data submittals to customers.
- Manage customer approvals and rejections based on contractual agreements and standard procedures.
- Administer standard engineering change control procedures using PLM and ERP tools.
- Facilitate end user training for document control/PLM database.
- Ensure correct implementation of PLM processes and best practices.
- Manage availability of internal and external specifications and industry standards.
Position Requirements
- Education: Associates degree or higher preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 3 years of Administrative/Document Control experience in a digital PLM environment (PTC Windchill preferred)
- Able to work with others to solve problems and manage priorities.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Familiarity with common document types for aerospace or defense industry desired.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point); PTC Windchill. CAD Drafting experience useful.
- CM2-C (Comprehensive) certification or equivalent desired.

Equal Pay Act Range
Hourly Range is $24.23 to $36.15, plus benefits and incentive plans.Salary : $3 - $24
