Position Summary - The purpose of this position is to provide daily support to our customers and partner with our sales team to support account growth plans. This includes support in many areas such as managing quotations, contract review and purchase order management, providing order status and responding to expedite requests. Success requires collaboration with customers and internal support functions such as sales, product management, pricing and operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and support new business growth at assigned accounts
- Timely response to customer requests including RFQs, technical requests, order status and expedites
- Collaborate with internal team to deliver premier customer service
- Analyze customer performance and analytics to maximize selling opportunities
- Initiate and support response to technical support inquiries
- Build influential relationships with assigned customers
Position Requirements
- General knowledge of manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s Degree or 5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Ability to travel as required to support distributors, 10% estimated
- Experience supporting the Aerospace and Defense customer requirements
- Interconnect experience and knowledge preferred
- Self-starter with strong account management and business development skills
- Ability to analyze data to prioritize actions
- Critical thinking skills to analyze information and drive problem resolution
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to develop and drive actions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Prior experience with SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Servant leader with strong team cooperation and support
Location: Flexible, preferred location is the Irvine, CA office

Annual Salary Range is from $70,300.00 to $104,900.00, plus benefits & incentive plans.Salary : $70,300 - $104,900
