Position Summary
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to support our aftermarket repair and upgrade business in our North Carolina PRO Services shop located in Colfax, NC. The Shipping and Receiving Lead would provide administrative shipping and receiving support for the facility including data entry for PROAPP/Vantage. Coordinates work with the customer and shop personnel.
Essential Responsibilities
May include:
- Ensure all pricing, packing slips, and Bills of Lading are complete for all shipments.
- Assist with conducting all Brokerage interaction and completes al import and export paperwork.
- Assist with ensuring proper flow of documentation.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining all sales literature.
- Receive all orders and places parts in appropriate stock locations.
- Maintain stock room in good order.
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Use small tools (saws, hammers, etc.) to build packing crates.
- Pull parts from stock to ship Work with shipping software.
- Follow all ISO & EHS established processes and procedures.
- Assist with shipping and receiving administrative duties, as necessary.
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Experience:
- 2-5 years minimum related experience
- Experience adhering to ESH & ISO processes and procedures
Education:
