Job Description
ITTConnect is seeking an Apigee Developer to work remotely (home office), but preferred Atlanta location. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries.
Requirements
Technical skills:
- Experience creating API proxy configuration on APIGEE products; APIGEE hybrid preferred
- Debugging API proxy configurations involving authentication, routing and API chaining
- Experience with creating and using APIGEE shared flows, reusable configuration
- Evaluating and resolving dependencies for API proxy configuration in APIGEE
- Experience using POSTMAN, SOAP UI and other API clients for testing REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience working with Authentication schemes like OAuth, API keys, Basic authentication, MTLS
- Experience working with Java script, Java, shell scripting
- Experience working with API gateways
- Experience working with Splunk
- Experience working with handling XML and JSON payloads, XPATH, JSON Path
- Document technical changes and promote to production steps
- Experience working with JIRA for work intake and defect tracking
Communication skills:
- Communicate clearly and timely the ongoing tasks and challenges
- Work with customer for testing, debugging and assist in onboarding client apps
- Work as part of a team in sharing solutions and collaborating to deliver work products
