Job Description
ITW Drawform & Sexton is a $200M USD Division within Illinois Tool Works’ Automotive Segment. It has an excellent reputation for delivering top results and exceeding customer expectations within the deep draw and aerosol can industries. This position, located in Zeeland, MI, will have exposure to business leaders across the division and will collaborate with all levels in the Accounting, Finance and Controls departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather data for upcoming internal audit.
- Updating of inventory of all assets.
- Sales and cost analysis to determine business profitability.
- Learn how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Assist with general accounting processes and complete other projects as assigned.
- Present at the end of the term in front of a small group showcasing what was worked on.
Qualifications
- Progress toward a bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Rising junior or above with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent data entry skills, general math skills, ability to analyze information.
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and through written communication.
