Job Description

At ITW Performance Polymers, our Production team is a pivotal part of helping us to deliver best-in-class products for our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work from factory orders and verbal instructions to package materials and fill containers.
• Apply labels, covers, make cartons, weigh, count, and record tally.
• Monitor quality to guarantee conformance to specifications.
• Perform department housekeeping to keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Participate in job related training and development.
• Perform other related duties as required to assist team members to reach production and quality goals.
• Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality-related policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Manufacturing Process.
• Organizational, communication and problems solving skills.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to chemicals.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lb. pails, occasionally move 60 lbs. using proper equipment and lifting techniques. Position requires reaching, pulling, and bending.
• Ability to interpret MSDS's and understand Hazardous Identification System
