IU Credit Union has an opportunity for an Electronic Service Specialist onsite in Bloomington, IN.
As a Specialist, you will:
- Build rapport and process requests and inquiries with accuracy.
- Be able to follow detailed department processes and procedures.
- Understand and maintain compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all functions within the department to sustain integrity of the department's guidelines and Service Standards.
- Be able to manage strict deadlines and time sensitive duties accurately & efficiently.
- Assess situations, apply sound judgement and use troubleshooting skills to assist branches and members.
- Provide assistance via phone or email for departmental duties.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Selfmotivation and initiative
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Ability to work on various computer systems and software
- Good writing / data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Dependability and flexibility with work hours and duty assignments
