Are you looking for an exciting career? Do you want to work on an outstanding team? Then we have the job for you. We are looking to fill a Full-Time Guest Relations & Volunteer Services Supervisor position at IU Health West Hospital.
The Guest Relations & Volunteer Services Supervisor is responsible for providing functional guidance and direction in the management of the guest relations department to ensure a positive patient/visitor experience. They manage the guest relations associates, including scheduling, performance appraisals and reviews, monitoring department workflows, quality and performance, monitoring calls and customer interactions, training and coaching, providing direction, guidance and oversight in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. They are responsible for identifying complex, escalated, or unresolved issues and working with the staff for resolution. This role will support the volunteer program by identifying new service areas for volunteers, recruiting, orienting, onboarding, and maintaining records for volunteers at West Hospital.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience in a hospital or hospitality service focused position is preferred.
- Experience in leadership preferred. Bachelors degree in business, public relations, communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.
