Description
The Sales Enablement Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing, and delivering content, training and tools that enhance their productivity and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with various departments and vendors including sales, marketing, and product management to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities
What you will be doing as a Sales Enablement Administrator:
- Administer and provide support for sales tools and software, such as HubSpot and related sales analytics, and lead management platforms
- Analyze and report on client and prospect demographics to direct efforts to areas of greatest impact
- Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
- Work with operations to ensure sales alignment
- Work with marketing vendors to execute marketing projects and ensure alignment with the sales team
- Work with sales leadership to improve the sales processes and tools functionality
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Plan and manage prospective client meetings and events by working with the sales team to develop, coordinate and promote educational events (both in-person and virtual)
- Assist in onboarding new sales representatives and help them become familiar with the tools and processes
- Manage HubSpot and related sales analytics and lead management platforms.
You're a great candidate if you have...
- 2 years of marketing and/or sales enablement experience, preferably with mid-size business customers
- Familiarity with HubSpot and sales enablement tools
- Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility to accommodate after-hours and weekend client and team member needs
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
