Sales Enablement Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and provide support for sales tools and software, such as HubSpot and related sales analytics, and lead management platforms 
• Analyze and report on client and prospect demographics to direct efforts to areas of greatest impact
• Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
• Work with operations to ensure sales alignment
• Work with marketing vendors to execute marketing projects and ensure alignment with the sales team
• Work with sales leadership to improve the sales processes and tools functionality
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Plan and manage prospective client meetings and events by working with the sales team to develop, coordinate and promote educational events (both in-person and virtual)  
• Assist in onboarding new sales representatives and help them become familiar with the tools and processes
•  Manage HubSpot and related sales analytics and lead management platforms.  
  
  

• 2 years of marketing and/or sales enablement experience, preferably with mid-size business customers
• Familiarity with HubSpot and sales enablement tools 
• Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships 
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexibility to accommodate after-hours and weekend client and team member needs 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
• Excellent customer service skills
