About the role:
iVisa Legal is seeking a Compliance Lawyer to start up our law practice that will provide innovative legal immigration services under Arizona’s new Alternative Business Structure (“ABS”) program.
Key employees and owners of iVisa Legal are preparing an application for licensing an ABS. The Compliance Attorney will have an active role in the ABS application process and post-licensing regulation of the ABS. The position will also include part-time immigration services described below.

Immigration duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Guide the product team in defining case review criteria for Tourist, Student, Work and Immigration visas
- Guide the product team in defining argumentation criteria for emergency cases
- Support complex B1/B2, Student visa and work visa cases that require legal assessment
- Support the creation of legal content for key visa products
- And if we want and if the profile fits: Provide 1-on-1 coaching for visa interviews in complex cases via video
- Review content related to visas and provide legal opinions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
