About the Role
Ivy City Co. is seeking a Social Media Specialist to play an exciting role in the continued growth of our fast-growing brand!

This exciting full-time role will work directly with the Senior Social Media Manager to strategize and publish across selected channels. This role will work a hybrid schedule, on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at Ivy’s HQ in Riverton, Utah.
Responsibilities
• Live & breathe all things social media marketing - from publishing content to creating social strategy & everything in between
• Analyze social performance data & building strategy for your responsible channels
• Oversee calendaring, publishing, and growing multiple social platforms under the guidance of the Sr. Social Media Manager (mainly including YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, & other channels as needed!)
• Play a key role in the success and growth of our Ivy City Co. Insiders FB page
• Running our @ivycitycoshowroom account with the assistance of the Sr. Social Media Manager
• Manage the brands UGC platform in a timely and efficient manner
• Obsess over the customer experience --- who they are, what they love to do, and how to make their days better through our product and social media approach
• Answer social DMs with a positive and helpful approach
• Engage with our social community on multiple social platforms
• Become a master of the brand voice and look to maintain uniformity within copywriting across social platforms
• Assist the content team with brainstorming and executing creative content for social use
• Assist with social media coverage for specialty brand events, HQ events, and weekends as needed
• Other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications
• 2-3 years experience in Social Media Marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be up to date on all things social media
• Fluent in all things social media & active on their personal socials
• A creative eye and understanding of the Ivy Brand
• Experience in data analysis
• Being a go-getter! Able to brainstorm new social strategy & implement it.
• Organized & able to own their responsibilities
• Welcomes and embraces feedback
• A team player who has an authentic passion for all things social media, marketing and community
