Ivy Computer continues to be named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Vermont.  As we continue to grow, we are adding managers to our leadership team.  We have a variety of departments that need support, including Sales, Programming, and Support.

At Ivy, we recognize that leadership is not about authority; it’s about supporting others to help them grow and succeed.  As a manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, challenged, and inspired to do their best work. 


You will be assigning work and organizing the structure and functions within your department, but you should not be getting in the way of the productivity of your team.  Your job is to ensure that your people are trained well; communicate effectively; and have the tools, resources, and confidence they need for the department to accomplish day-to-day operations without you.  Establishing metrics is important for tracking the progress of your department; however, at the end of the day, you are managing individual people, not just numbers. 


We are not posting individual management positions because we believe that the skills of a successful manager can be applied to any department. As we begin to identify strong candidates we will be actively matching candidates to specific positions.


Our managers work in-office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
