What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Ivy Computer?
Since 1986 we have been supporting businesses in the trash hauling industry with our proprietary software solutions for routing, billing and general business management. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Training Coordinator and play an important role in welcoming new customers to our company.
You'll be the friendly face and primary point of contact for new customers. After the sale, you will reach out to explain the onboarding process, guiding them through the installation of the program, and coordinate their training sessions and data migration. Our Training Coordinators work closely with our talented trainers, tech support, and data team, to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for our customers.

- a customer service mindset
- efficient time management skills
- a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- an ability to think on their feet and handle unpredictable situations, which may include the occasional use of de-escalation tactics

Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. While this is primarily an in-office position, we offer some work-from-home flexibility on Fridays, as the needs of the position permit.
Pay starts at $25/hour, depending on experience.
