Summer Mowing Crew Member

**Job Description:**

We are seeking energetic and dependable team members to join our Summer Mowing Crew. This role is perfect for those who love working outdoors and have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes. As a Summer Mowing Crew Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at keeping our grounds looking pristine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to ensure lawns are neatly cut and manicured.
- Perform routine lawn care such as mowing, edging, weeding, and applying fertilizers.
- Maintain and clean equipment after use to ensure it is in good working order for the next use.
- Assist with the upkeep of flowerbeds, hedges, and other landscaped areas.
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while operating equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and a great look of our property.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be at least 18 years old.- Preferably have a current drivers license.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Work Schedule:**

- This is a full-time seasonal position.
- Working hours are typically from early morning to mid-afternoon, Monday through Friday.
- Must be available to work throughout the summer months.

**Compensation:**

- The position offers $15 an hour.
- Training will be provided for all equipment and procedures.
