Position Overview:
The Franchise Business Coach will be the torchbearer of our brand standards, operational policies, and educational vision, guiding and mentoring our franchise partners. With your expertise, you will help schools achieve and surpass their financial and strategic objectives, ultimately ensuring that students and families receive an unmatched child care and educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Support - Partner with Franchise Owners to:
- Advise on the delivery of top-tier education and trusted care.
- Provide consultative advice to achieve strategic goals.
- Analyze operational results, identify trends, and suggest strategies for continual improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the consistent application of brand standards and educational programs across all schools through insights gained during quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and other operational procedures.
Financial Analysis and Benchmarking
- Develop and share key financial insights for each franchise location based on individual profit and loss statements and KPI benchmarks.
- Provide suggestions and best practices based on financial data.
Business Planning: Collaborate with franchise owners to:
- Develop and refine their business strategies.
- Offer guidance in implementing marketing plans to enhance school visibility and student enrollment.
Training and Development:
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring franchisees and their teams are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Stay updated with state and national accreditations, child care licensing rules, and ensure franchisees meet these standards.
Incident Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for reportable incidents, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.
Operations Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering expert guidance and support in operations and execution of curriculum.
Relationship Management:
- Foster robust relationships with vendors, state licensing agencies, community stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years as a Director for a multi-unit child care franchise.
- Minimum three years as a Franchise Business Coach for a child care franchise (preferred)
- Knowledge of State and National Accreditation and State Child Care Licensing rules and regulations (preferred).
- Degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly gain proficiency with new technology.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to support schools in Texas and Georgia with the possibility of additional multi-state travel.
- Candidates must reside in the Houston/Katy area.
