CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Clinic Director in leading clinical and financial outcomes of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals.
• Mentor and coach clinicians and support teammates.
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion.
• Develop an exceptional plan of care based on physician orders and evaluation findings.
• Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards.
• Document appropriately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals.
• Maintain a safe clinic environment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in respective state.
• Clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting is required.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• An appetite for continuous learning and growth.
