Ivyhill is seeking a Service Provider Manager (SPM) for a project in the Eglin AFB, FL area. The SPM will be responsible for providing administrative oversight to the referral management staff and team leads at multiple locations who are responsible for assisting eligible medical beneficiaries with appointments, referrals, and registration and organizational tasks in support of a medical facility.
Will perform duties and responsibilities relevant to the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily operation of the project.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will possess the following :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones.
Preferred twenty-four (24) months of healthcare administrative experience in either an inpatient or outpatient care setting within the last five (5) years.
General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written / verbal / electronic communication, and customer service skills.
