We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Helper to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the receiving, storing, and organizing of goods, as well as ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Sorting: Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damages, and accurately sort and store items in designated areas.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and proper documentation of stock movements.
Order Picking and Packing: Retrieve items from shelves based on order requirements, pack orders securely, and prepare them for shipping.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the company's standards and report any discrepancies or damages.
Organization and Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free. Ensure that products are stored in a systematic and accessible manner.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of equipment and the handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy packages, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required.
