IWI US Inc., a Firearms Manufacturer located in Middletown is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Candidates must have strong attendance, willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Candidates will be expected to perform their duties with a high focus on quality, safety and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers in a pleasant manner via the phone, email and/or other media to answer questions, resolve issues and assist with orders and returns
  • Display knowledge in firearms and accessories. Provided technical support to customers related to firearms including how to trouble shoot general issues and more advance mechanical issues, knowledge of how firearms operate, and provide advance level support to users in an easy understand manner.
  • Registering and processing customer complaints, repair orders and customer requested work in appropriate locations.
  • Shipping customer returns, orders and assisting in preparing and shipping for IWI US. Inc. shows and other ventures. May be required to attend shows as well.
  • Maintain documents and logs regarding customer complaints, repair orders and customer requested work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Product and Market Knowledge
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be comfortable handling small arms
  • High School Diploma/equivalent or 2 year degree
  • Able to push, pull, sit, stand, and bend up to 8 hours per day.
  • Overtime as required to meet project goals
