This role will be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle for all hourly openings from scheduling to onboarding including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and managing offers for several locations in the U.S. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the candidate process. Maintain confidential information and positive relations with department and staff, as well as external clients and vendors. This position will be at the Beverly, MA site, with the possibility of working from home occasionally. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Provide analytical and well documented reports to the team Create a seamless experience for all candidates throughout the interview process Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews, and manage the offer documentation process Collaborate with key departments to create and continuously make our processes timely and efficient Own and juggle multiple schedules, balancing multiple priorities and miscellaneous projects Responsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system Coordinate candidates travel and the candidate expenses process, as needed Handle employee compliance; send background checks, onboarding, and drug test screens Prepare new employee orientation packages, facilitate new hire orientation sessions, support employee on boarding and conduct new employee orientation Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Perform additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred 3 years of Recruiting Coordinator and/or Administrative Support experience preferred Workday proficiency is a preferred Possess organizational and detail-oriented skills Written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and ability to work independently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
