Responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and take orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Clear tables and ensure a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to bus tables and assist in food preparation if needed
- Culinary background or fine dining experience is advantageous
