Job Summary:

Under general direction, this position leads a team charged with managing the organization's internal technology system. This position develops, implements, and modifies system requirements to user satisfaction.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain internal databases and tables; develop custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff
• Ensure the upgrade of organizational internal systems and lead the development, implementation and modification of system requirements
• Identify the training needs of systems' end users and develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs
• Manage the organization's internal system activities and projects, including design, implementation, maintenance and improvement

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience in diverse application support and technology systems; 1-2 years of direct or indirect supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with up 4-5 years of related experience in technology systems and up to 1 year of direct supervisory experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving computer related problems
• Experience leading a team.
