Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Project Manager/Sales Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to bring new business in the door and represent our organization when communicating with customers throughout the project. You will be required to examine external damage, specifically roofs, visit with homeowners, write estimates, and oversee production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility in your earnings and schedule.

This position will grow to a larger roofing division in which you will be responsible for managing a department and team!

Duties:

- Perform thorough roof inspections.
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have.
- Provide estimates and discuss pricing.
- Work with the marketing team to bring new business in the door.
- Upsell additional products or accessories to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
- Experience in construction estimating or Xactimate is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
