J. Della & Co., Inc. is seeking creative, energetic, responsible, multitaskers who will handle all creative and logistical responsibilities associated with personalization of merchandise. J. Della & Co., Inc is a retail operation located in the heart of Babylon Village. We offer a curated collection of products able to be personalized through embroidery and vinyl imprinting for baby, children, women and the home.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
Experience using a sewing machine, monogram machine, heat press, vinyl cutters and all affiliated software.
Must be creative, detail oriented and take initiative to grow this sector of the business.
Experience working in a retail setting and/or in customer service position is a plus. Must be a team player with a friendly, helpful personality to assist customers with sales and purchases, decisions on personalization, store merchandising and more.
A self starter with experience designing and executing new and exciting looks for upcoming seasons. Proactively bringing ideas to the team for new designs, fonts, styles, materials and more.
Fashion forward with an eye on the latest trends, markets and all media that reflects current trends & tastes.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies associated with personalization
Hours and Compensation commensurate with experience.
