We have an immediate need for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Recruiter, to support our Healthcare clients located in our Central and Western markets. Recruiters at J.Edward represent the provider-facing side of our sales team and are responsible for building and developing an exceptional database of Nursing professionals for permanent and temporary opportunities on J.Edward nationwide platform.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily training meetings to become a subject matter expert in the healthcare staffing industry
Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Manage full life cycle of recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels.
Submit Nursing professionals to appropriate assignments based on fit, interest, and availability.
Develop and grow a resource pool of Nurses to place on new and reoccurring assignments
Work closely with J.edward compliance and onboarding team to ensure candidates credentials meet healthcare facility requirements
Participate in weekly vendor meetings regarding client urgent needs and developments with VMS team.

Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn and fully utilize various Vendor Management and Applicant Tracking Systems
