Lawn Care/Snow Removal

Full-time seasonal position. We are looking to fill a lawn maintenance position and transition to a part-time winter snow removal position (Possible Full-time year-round position for right candidate) Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Positive attitude, valid driver's license, ability to learn quickly and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Truck with a enclosed trailer to multiple properties on a designated, predetermined route.
• Operate the newest commercial lawn care equipment to maintain properties. This includes Mowing, trimming and blowing debris to the highest quality standards.
• Operate Mechanical and hand equipment to remove and haul leaves.
• Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions
• Ensure safe and efficient snow removal by following designated routes and procedures
• Communicate in a professional manner with customers
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing snowfall levels
• Perform routine maintenance on snow plow and lawn Maintenance equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each job and materials used. Must have the ability to use appropriate apps for cell phone to log and track work.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate efficient service
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating Equipment
• Adaptability to efficiently keep up with a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Experience operating lawn maintenace / snow removal equipment and familiarity with different equipment used in the industry
• Ability to navigate and maneuver large vehicles (including with trailer) in tight spaces
• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough Service without causing damage to property or infrastructure
• Physical stamina and endurance to withstand long hours of outdoor work in all25 weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour
