Job Posting for Purchasing Coordinator at J & J Staffing Resources
Our client, a manufacturing company in Bensalem, PA is seeking an Purchasing Coordinator to join their team! This Temp to Hire position is Full Time.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be responsible for managing interactions with outside vendors and assisting with purchasing, planning, and coordinating materials.
The hours are 7:00 – 3:30 pm, Monday- Friday.
Job Description:
- Coordinating with outside vendors for ordering materials and outside processing
- Review vendor invoices and reconcile with purchase orders
- Assist in the purchasing process, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining purchasing records
- Ensuring timely and efficient processing of all invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciling vendor accounts and investigating any discrepancies
- General office responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling vendor interactions and purchasing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
