Job purpose
Main job purpose is to ensure a quality in home experience is provided to our customers by:
Installer partner support: Performing quality inspections, providing support and guidance to crews, and utilizing company software and documents to track performance, safety and compliance.
Store partner support: Providing in store support and training as well as building relationships with store managers, assistant managers and flooring department associates creating a seamless team to support our customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Installer management:
- Build relationships with the installers
- Visit projects based on company expectations on service indicators.
- Assist with delivery of items required to complete projects, or missing items that need to be communicated to retail partners.
- Safety and compliance review including confirming installers are practicing job site safety and compliance.
Customer management:
- Build relationships with the customers
- Conduct random site inspections to ensure customer is comfortable with the project while in progress as well as the installers on site
- Act as a liaison between the store and office if necessary
- Fill out necessary checklists to upload with customer information
- Point of contact for customers during and after installations to insure satisfaction.
Retail Partner Management:
- Build relationships with flooring associates, Specialty Managers and Store Managers
- Train on any flooring needs and/or questions the associates have on products or scope of work.
- Discuss estimates and jobs with the associates if they have any customer/job specific questions.
- Attend meetings to assist with Installation and Product needs.
- Act as a liaison between the store and office if necessary.
- General administration.
- Work with team Director to manage your calendar and set up schedules and/or priorities for the week.
- Continually grow your knowledge of the latest products and services to be recognized as the “expert” with our retail partners and customers.
- Submit expense reports to be reimbursed for travel and expenses bi-weekly.
- Customer Service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
