Job Description
The primary responsability of this position is to follow up with the records custodian of businesses that requests have been made to for the collection of records. A business can range from a school, an employer, the government but will in most cases be a healthcare provider i.e. Doctor, Clinic or Hospital. This role requires someone willing to initiate an outreach effort as a follow up to in most cases, the service of a subpoena to ensure the timely receipt of requested records. The candidate must have a positive attitude, be willing to spend all day on the telephone and be persistent but polite. Prior collection experience is not a requirement but would be a positive.
This position is a fulltime position, 8 hours a day 5 days a week to be conducted in the office.
This position long term requires a team player attitude understanding that the begining role is not the only expected responsabilities of the position.
