JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Installation Experience Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience/Project Management
REPORTS TO: Customer Experience Manager
General Summary: Oversee Installation from conception through completion.
Ownership of installation experience
- Come alongside PM and Sales to develop installation proposals for our customers based on their specific project goals, objectives and ULOFT capacity
- Execution of seamless installations by matching projects with our install partner network and tracking status of installs through completion
Install contractor network
- Contractor onboarding: grow our nationwide install contractor network
- Maintain relationships with key leaders through ongoing communication
- Secure contractor requirements: job contracts, insurance, code of conduct
- Development and implementation of training program (videos, assembly instructions, location training as needed)
- Maintain database with all details associated: crew capacity, covered regions, payment terms, contacts etc.
- Oversight of install calendar
Pre-Installation
- Develop scope of work: timeline for job completion, crew type and size, additional requirements (dumpsters, fork lifts, etc.)
- Gather and verify site access information (onsite site visit or virtual as defined by job)
- Provide all data to install partner: room layouts with furniture placement, assembly instructions, map of jobsite with pertinent information noted i.e. crew parking, working hours, on-site contact
Installation oversite during project
- Communication with install crew (status reports & daily calls)
- Truck schedule visibility with ULOFT freight team
Post-Installation
- Verification of all end of job crew tasks: walk through completion checklist, punch list, site photos
- Damage claim handling
- Record and process any chargebacks
- Submit final job sign off to release payment to install contractor

Knowledge:
- ERP systems: Order entry, product and inventory reporting
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Teams
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience. Must have experience that correlates with above stated knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Those required for carrying out specific job functions listed above. Some travel required.
