Position: Emergency Roadside Specialist**
**Responsibilities:**
- Swiftly respond to emergency roadside assistance calls from stranded motorists.
- Deliver efficient and timely services, including tire changes, jump starts, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and basic vehicle repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Assess vehicle issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete required paperwork.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
**Experience:**
- Preferred previous experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repairs.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
