Position Overview:
Currently, we rely on a local third-party managed services vendor for all our Information Technology support needs. However, we're now looking to bring
some of these critical support functions in-house. We're searching for the right individual to enhance the day-to-day operational support our employees receive. Your expertise
will be complemented by support from our managed services vendor, ensuring a seamless and efficient IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions
- Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the integration and deployment of new software and hardware systems
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
