JOB TITLE: Management

 

Job Summary

Manage the unit as described in the Operations and Policy Manuals through the direction and supervision of personnel.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages and supervises subordinates and controls the unit during a shift to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and control 35%
  • Administrative functions including accounting and paperwork10%
  • Manages cost _ Food, paper, labor 5%
  • Ensures training of subordinates 10%
  • Perform essential functions of subordinates 40%

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure customer service and satisfaction
  • To ensure quality, service and cleanliness in a friendly environment to maintain a reasonable and acceptable profit margin
  • Protects company assets
  • Works flexible schedule, includes opening and closing store
  • Handles emergencies
  • Maintains cash accountability
  • Maintains security
  • Enforce health department regulations
  • Disciplines employees
  • Enforces company policy and procedures
  • Ensures unit performs within budget guidelines

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

  • GED or equivalent
  • Frequent bending, twisting, walking, reaching, lifting to 40 pounds Walks and stands entire shift on tile floor
  • Administrative skills
  • Interacts verbally with customers and employees
  • Taking and giving direction
  • Good personal hygiene
  • Punctuality
