What are the responsibilities and job description for the LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER position at Jackson Bevco?
Jackson BevCo is hiring for a full time Loss Prevention Manager to oversee the Audit and Loss Prevention Department. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with experience in Loss Prevention and/or auditing.
Travel will be required as needed to cover audit and LP functions of the position. Travel costs are covered by the company.
Pay depends on experience. The right candidate will be able to:
- Analyze inventory reports and identify causes of loss
- Analyze cash over/short report to identify cause
- Review cashiering reports to identify internal theft issues
- Interview employees regarding causes of loss and document findings
- Write clear/concise reports
- Reconcile inventory reports and advise corrective actions in regard to issues with invoicing, transfers, cycle count discrepancies, etc
- Review video and copy video for investigative purposes
- Apply sound reasoning on causes of loss to the company and take proper protective actions
- Read, review and write policies for adherence to company directives
- Supervise the Audit Team Manager
- Give clear direction to subordinate employees
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with store employees and other company departments
- Schedule time efficiently for assigned auditors and self
- Communicate corrective actions to other departments
- Complete restitution forms for requests
