Job Summary:
Provides leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of all aspects of human resources and personnel functions for the school system including employee recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, development, evaluation, promotion, compensation, labor relations, leave, termination, and any other personnel or human resources associated matters
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Human Resource Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous successful administrative experience
Hold current Educational Leadership certification issued by the GaPSC
Terms of Employment:
Reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources
240 day work calendar
Annual Salary based on certification level and creditable years of experience
Annual Salary Range: $95,597 - $121,991
