Job Posting for Dishwasher at Jackson Creek Senior Living
The Dishwasher will maintain dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a clean and ready for use state. This role
is responsible for cleanliness of dish washing and dietary areas and provides tray service. The incumbent
holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and
responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established
company policies and procedures.

Kitchen, freezers, refrigerators, loading dock, dining room

Dish Maintenance Duties:
- Scrape, rack, and place soiled dishes in dish machine
- Sort, stack and store clean dishes
- Fill, clean, and empty dish machine
- Know and maintain dish machine temperature controls for wash and rinse cycles
- Operate dish machine
- Assist in meal preparation
- Handle cleaning supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dish machine room and dietary area
- Collaborate with staff and Director of Culinary Services
- All other duties as requested

- Frequent walking per shift
- Frequent standing per shift while cleaning
- Lifting 1- 20# frequently, 21-35# occasionally, 36 - 70# rarely
- Bending and reaching, squatting and kneeling, crawling and climbing
- Extreme hot and cold temperature changes
- Use of large and small kitchen equipment
