Overview
This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be local to the Atlanta-metro area.
The Host serves as the primary point of contact for participants at this highly interactive training event for automotive dealerships. You will greet our guests upon arrival, ensuring their needs are met and assisting them over the course of the program.
The ideal candidate is charismatic, ambitious, organized and driven with a highly tuned attention to detail. You will be the model that we expect our participants to demonstrate with their clients. Our event is very engaging and has a lot of theatrical elements throughout. It is fast-moving and very activity based. We require commitment to every date within the program, and a flexibility in work hours is essential, as some evening work will be required.

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the module activities to provide fast friendly service to guests
- Developing relationships, including gathering and retaining guest information
- Knowing and communicating details of the program with passion
- Ensure the brand is represented by maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Maintain friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor as guest-facing liaison
- Greet all incoming guests with an inviting energy each day
- Escort guests from location to location throughout the day
- Balance work across competing priorities
- Have a heightened sense of urgency while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
- Handle a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks while being a team player
- Primary point of contact for guests, facilitating needs such as guiding them to and from transportation, answering questions, guiding through the event
- Deliver training materials to teams in their seating locations at designated times
- Providing surprise and delight moments
Qualifications
- Experience with standards of service and excellence in hospitality
- Hospitality experience is a plus (Country club, golf course, hotel, restaurant, and travel)
- High School Diploma, College degree preferred
- Customer-first and professional mindset
- Service minded
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- Enjoys teamwork and works well within a team
