Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records and documents to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity
Skills:
- Proficient in payroll processing and financial accounting
- Knowledge of investment strategies and financial concepts
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Familiarity with public accounting practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using tax software such as Sage or similar programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Note: Prior experience as a tax preparer or working in a related field is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
