Classes will be held at our Salem office (136 Canal St Salem, MA) on Monday and Wednesday and our Lowell office ( 480 Bridge St) Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting on September 9th, 2024 for approximately 12 weeks.

- 2 credits with the University of Phoenix® What you'll do here : As a Tax Preparer, you will be explaining, preparing, and completing accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multiyear, and potentially multistage returns.
Complete E-filing, provide printed copies of returns for clients to review, sign and e-file these forms to IRS and state agencies.
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
- Answer client calls and calling clients when needed
- Answer tax related questions
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
- This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature which requires a working knowledge of the business.
