Jackson Hospital and its family of clinics is seeking the services of an experienced Sr. information Technology support Analyst to provide direct first-line technical support to all stakeholders in the organization. The Sr. Information Technology Support Analyst will be assigned to support all the Jackson hospital clinics and the hospital when needed and will be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries from the clinics,
A successful candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and team leadership experience. This senior-level position will be customer focused and motivated by team success, while providing world class support to the Jackson clinics.
You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. You will also be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity while maintaining quality support. The technician researches and resolves the most complex issues that other help desk levels have been unable to fix.
- 5 years of experience working on a technical support team.
- 5 Intermediate knowledge of desktop Operating Systems
- Certifications: CompTia A Certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Intermediate\advanced MS Office Skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including telephone skills.
