Insurance Commercial Specialist and Admin Assistant

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Professional to join our team! Candidate must be dedicated with a working understanding of Commercial Insurance products. Your position will also include minor service of personal lines insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Receive premiums from clients.
  • Secure information needed to service insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Reaching out to clients regarding cancelations and reinstatements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Property and Casualty Rep.
  • 1 year previous RETAIL experience in Property and Casualty customer service.
  • Problem Solving ability and able to communicate solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate, and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Insurance Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
