Facility Office Cleaner
Controlled Holdings, an Indiana Best Places to Work and award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a Part-Time Facility Office Cleaner to join our Operations team.
The ideal candidate is self-driven and is determined to make every project their absolute best.
This position is Monday – Friday 7am -12pm* (potential for full time hours)

Details, Details:
- Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
- Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as needed.
- Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture.
- Dust and polish various surfaces.
- Restock bathrooms, break room and meeting rooms with supplies.
- Empty trash bins.
- Perform outdoor duties such as spraying building perimeter for bugs, spraying weeds, cleaning windows, and other various outdoor tasks as assigned; Snow removal when needed.
- Keep track of cleaning schedule.
- Complete tasks for the Executive Team as needed.
- Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner.
- Any other tasks or projects as requested.
What we are looking for:
- Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
- A high standard for cleanliness
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to lift 25 pounds, stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders
- Able to pass a background check
